LARRESSORE, C359: T3 apartment adjoining the owners' accommodation. Located in a small cul-de-sac, this accommodation offers a pleasant environment close to amenities. You access the ground floor via the small terrace on the front. The main room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.). A separate toilet serves the ground floor. The lounge area is equipped with 2 armchairs, a TV and a sofa.
The first floor offers two bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 bed as well as a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC.

Bed and bathroom linen are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)

In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be canceled (CB) or returned canceled (check), after the effective departure of the tenants.
