Located on the 2nd and top floor of the residence with elevator access, this one-bedroom apartment with a separate sleeping area enjoys a magnificent sea view that can be admired from its large, south-facing terrace. The living room opens onto the kitchenette. The living area offers a sofa bed (160cm) and a sleeping alcove (2 x 80cm = 160cm). The bathroom has a closet and a toilet. The accommodation includes a garage, and the residence has a bicycle storage area.

*Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you have opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
