The Residence CÔTÉ PLAGE benefits from a location n°1 at the entrance of the village. This cottage, located in the immediate vicinity of the beach of Port Maria can only seduce you. Favorite beach for regulars, bordered by the very attractive promenade of Port Maria, a veritable little local cruise. It is a friendly and pleasant meeting place with its many bars and restaurants right on the water. You will also find not far from the rental: the Port of Kernével located opposite the citadel of Port Louis, the Ocean Park of Kerguelen which is a remarkable site sheltering 82 ha of fauna and flora and its nautical center which allows children and adults to indulge in water sports. This apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence and has its own independent entrance. On one level, it is composed of a living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge (sofa bed 140x190 for 1 person). It also has a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a shower room with WC. The rental has a private terrace of 24.50 m² and a parking space in the basement. The apartment is located at the edge of a busy street.

*Cleaning: we require that garbage cans, fridge/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be dropped off in town in the containers provided for this purpose. In the event of a linen option, it must be removed upright and folded at the foot of the bed.
