In the calm of the Hameaux de Kerdreff, this 3-room farmhouse is ideal for holidays due to its location not far from the beaches and amenities. It consists of a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) on the living room opening onto the terrace and private enclosed garden, the separate WC is equipped with a washbasin and a 'a washing machine. Upstairs, the hallway with cupboard leads to 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed, one with a wardrobe and the other with a cupboard, a shower room with WC. The accommodation benefits from covered parking and is facing south. The garden is decorated with a picnic table, a barbecue and a garden shed. The accommodation is equipped with WIFI.

*Cleaning: we require that garbage cans, fridge/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be dropped off in town in the containers provided for this purpose. In the event of a linen option, it must be removed upright and folded at the foot of the bed.
