Living room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed 140x190cm and one with a single bed 130x190cm), shower room, toilet, electric heating, room with ping-pong table, lounge area. High chair, cot and baby bath available. Swing. Large, enclosed, wooded grounds of 3000 m². Maximum 2 pets allowed. Restaurant in the village. Internet (guest Wi-Fi). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating is charged extra according to consumption. Private, gated parking. End-of-stay cleaning available for an additional fee. In the Loire Valley, 20 km from the Tronçais forest and the village of Apremont (floral park), 25 km from the Balaine Arboretum.
