South-facing with views overlooking the surrounding greenery, the house is located 900 meters from the center of Lamalou-les-Bains and 950 meters from the thermal baths. The thermal shuttle bus is conveniently located nearby. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, built-in oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a washing machine in a utility room. The living room has a 2-seater sofa and a flat-screen TV. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. A further separate room has a desk and a sofa. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washbasin. The toilet is separate. There is parking in front of the house. NO PETS ALLOWED. A travel cot for babies can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
