Outside, you will enjoy 400m² of enclosed, private grounds (courtyard and garden), a terrace with a pergola, garden furniture, and a barbecue (gas or charcoal), and a parking area. The owners will be delighted to introduce you to their local produce (seasonal fruits and vegetables). Located 15 minutes from the historic center of Troyes and its factory outlets, 25 km from Chaource and the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, and 2 hours from Paris, Gîte des Frétées is a single-story cottage adjoining the owners' house, accommodating 4 to 5 people.

The price does not include: towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
