This superb house with a swimming pool is located on Chemin du Bois in a quiet, residential area of Lagord.

Welcome to a spacious 300m² Provençal-style house, tastefully furnished with quality furniture and top-of-the-line materials.

On the ground floor, a fully equipped, custom-designed kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals with friends and family. It includes a conventional oven, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The dining room is conveniently located next door, perfect for sharing convivial moments. This opens onto a fully furnished veranda (armchairs, sofa, television) with a view of a swimming pool and a landscaped garden.
A large, comfortably furnished living room with several sofas and a fireplace, and a games room adjoining it, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends.
Three bedrooms are located on this level. One bedroom (double bed) has a custom-made dressing room and an adjoining shower room with a walk-in shower.
From the games room, there is a bedroom with a single bed, a toilet, and a large bedroom (queen bed). Next to this is a large bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a bidet.
Upstairs, there is an office, a bedroom (double bed) with a shower room, a toilet, and another bedroom (two single beds) with a bathroom.

The swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.

The price includes all linens. Bed, bathroom, and kitchen.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

The "proportional" tourist tax is extra.

Reservations on our website are only accepted from Sunday to Sunday during peak season. For other dates, short stays, or any other period outside of Sunday to Sunday, please contact us.

Generally, check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. For any arrival or departure before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies:
8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - €50
10:00 PM to Midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00 AM - €100
From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM - €70
