Scattering the landscape are Olive trees and vineyards and the wonderful Marinha, Benegil and Albandeira beaches are close at hand. Carvoeiro is a 7km drive to the west and Lagoa is a short ten minute drive.

On the entrance level there is a spacious hallway leading to three bedrooms. The master double bedroom has patio doors leading to a private terrace and also benefits from an ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. There is a second double bedroom which also has its own private terrace. There is a third twin bedroom and also a full bathroom. Stairs (gated for the safety of children) lead to the lower level of the villa which has a fully fitted modern kitchen, dining room and spacious lounge.

Patio doors lead from the dining room and lounge to a terrace and seating area and the kidney shaped heated swimming pool, gardens and BBQ. The villa has been lovingly and comfortably furnished and is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday away from it all.
