Ground floor: spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (double bed) with en-suite shower room. Separate WC. Upstairs: three bedrooms, the first with a double bed and en-suite shower room, the second with three single beds, and the third with two single beds. Separate shower room. WC. Central heating. Satellite TV.
Private enclosed garden of 80 m² with terrace, adjoining the owners' garden. Parking. Electricity included in the rates. Bed linen and towels provided.
Shared with the owner: a semi-inground wooden swimming pool (7 x 4 m) open from May to September, secured by a fence.
Nearby: Beaune and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, like all the Climats of Burgundy. Numerous vineyards and restaurants are also nearby.
