Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: the first with a queen-size bed (160 cm), the second with three single beds (90 cm) that can be joined to make double beds, and the third with two single beds (90 cm). A cot is available. A lovely shower room with WC. Large, partially enclosed garden of 400 m² with mature trees. Parking. Basic English spoken.

Utilities and supplements: Bed linen: €8 for a single bed and €16 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €80. Towels: €5 per person for the stay. Electric heating and electricity billed according to meter reading (8 kWh/day included). Bag of wood pellets: €5.

Nearby: Lake Chour with a beach and water sports. Seurre: shops, the Hôtel-Dieu (hospital), and a historical walking tour. The Saône River and its bucolic landscapes, ideal for fishing, walks, family picnics, and relaxation. The Voie Bleue (Blue Route), a safe and signposted 17 km cycle path along the meanders of the Saône. Saint-Jean-de-Losne: the leading inland river port, with boat rentals and restaurants. Cîteaux Abbey, the birthplace of the Cistercians, also renowned locally for its excellent cheese made by the monks. 30 minutes from the famous Burgundy vineyards of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Beaune (and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Meursault… 45 minutes from Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, a city of art and history and a renowned gastronomic center. The Jura region is just a few kilometers away.
