Bioclimatic pergola. View of the massif. Playground (swings, slide, sandbox, petanque). Dwarf goats. Hiking and mountain biking trails at the foot of the cottage. Proximity to the Livradois Forez Regional Park. Heated summer pool 7 min. Ski resort 20 minutes away to discover the pleasures of skiing in summer and winter. In the center of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, 1 hour from the gates of Lyon, 40 minutes from Vichy, 30 minutes from Roanne and Thiers, and 15 minutes from the A72/A89 motorway, we welcome you to the heart of the mid-mountain of the Madeleine mountains, in a quiet hamlet located 800 m above sea level, housed in a former agricultural shed of 100 m² where we wanted to preserve the character of the building (exposed stones, wooden ceiling and floor). On the ground floor: spacious living room (kitchen lounge) with bay windows to enjoy the view of the massif in all seasons, wood stove, laundry room, WC and terrace with pergola. Free WIFI.
Upstairs: bathroom, separate WC and 3 bedrooms. Outside, playground with pétanque court, swing, slide and sandpit. Our dwarf goats are happy to recycle our green waste. Ideal for nature lovers with hiking and mountain biking at the foot of the cottage.
