Facing the marina of La Trinité, 200m from the shops and 600m from the beache, spacious 4-room apartment (approx. 100m²) for 5 people, located in the residence HOTEL LE ROUZIC (on the 3rd floor, door 13, access by elevator directly in the apartment):

- Open and equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, mixed hob: 2-ring induction hob + 2-ring city gas hob, dishwasher, microwave)
