Upstairs (steep staircase) a mezzanine (height less than 1m80) a 90cm bed, 1 sofa bed and wardrobe. 1 baby bed.
A closed courtyard not overlooked with garden furniture. A private parking space. The estate has a renovated swimming pool with disabled access, private to the residence open in the summer season.

Location: 1km5 from shops, 300m from the beach by a pine-wooded path belonging to the residence, 4km from the town centre of La Tranche.
