La Tranche-sur-Mer, close to shops and beaches, house on a fully enclosed plot (approx. 350 m²), 200 m from the town center (Avenue de la Plage/Place de l'Église) and 150 m from Génerelles beach, private parking space.
On the ground floor: a living room opening onto a terrace and garden, a lounge area with a TV (flat screen/satellite) and a fireplace (decorative only), and a bedroom with a double bed. (160), 1 shower room (sink and shower) and 1 separate WC, 1 kitchen (cooker, oven, microwave, 2-door refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) also opening onto the terrace and garden, - 1 small garage (deep and narrow),
- Upstairs, accessible via the stairs from the living area:
3 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and two with two 90cm beds. 1 bathroom (sink and shower-bath combination) and 1 separate WC. Free Wi-Fi access.
Outside: terrace - natural garden - barbecue and garden furniture.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. Optional end-of-stay cleaning (upon reservation): €130. Electricity consumption will be charged extra during the low season (January 1st to June 15th and September 15th to December 31st).
