LA TRANCHE SUR MER, La Grière, on a fenced, wooded plot (700 m²) approximately 450 m from Sainte Anne beach (access via TRANC 44), 1000 m from small grocery stores, and 1200 m from the center of La Grière.

- On the first floor: a living room with a sofa and armchairs, TV, a fireplace (decorative only), a sideboard, and a small refrigerator;
- A fully equipped kitchen area (induction hob: 3 burners, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher) opening onto a sheltered terrace and garden;
- Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (thick mattress) and the other with two single beds (0.90 m).
- A bathroom (sink, shower cubicle, and bidet), a washing machine; a separate toilet. Rustic interior with antique wooden furniture. Free Wi-Fi.
Exterior: covered area overlooking the wooded grounds, with awning, one sink on the terrace, garden furniture, and on-site parking. A campsite is located nearby.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
