Location: House (1 floor), town center, 150 m from shops (bakery, fruit and vegetable stand, etc.) and 300 m (walk) from the main beach. A pleasant pied-à-terre close to all amenities and activities.

- On the ground floor: an entrance with a staircase (17 steps) leading to the upper floor and the downstairs rooms: a bedroom with two single beds. Opening onto a small hallway, which leads to a laundry room (washing machine) and a shower room (sink, shower cubicle, heated towel rail) with toilet,

- Upstairs: a large room (with a safety gate to close off access to the stairs) divided into:
-> a living/dining area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a flat-screen TV, a radio/CD player, a single-unit air conditioner, a two-door refrigerator with freezer compartment, and wall storage with a dishwasher and a microwave,
-> a kitchen area (four-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven),
-> a separate toilet.

Outside: no private parking space; a parking permit is available for the Stella Maris, Boiral, Central Beach, and Maupas car parks.

End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €70 flat rate.
Electricity consumption is extra during the low season (January 1st to June 15th and September 15th to December 31st).
Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.
Pets are not allowed.
