Traditional house in a residential area with a large, enclosed, wooded plot (600 m²). Approximately 40 m from the access to Coraux Beach (access via route 13) and 1,000 m from the town center (20 min walk).
: - Ground floor: 1 fitted kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combined stove: 3 gas burners and 1 electric burner, with electric oven and microwave)
-> 1 large living room (35 m²) opening onto the south-facing terrace, overlooking the garden and connecting to a lounge (decorative fireplace only), 2 sofas, and a flat-screen TV,
-> 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and its own bathroom. 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet
-> 1 garage with washing machine, used for storage,
- Upstairs:
-> 1 landing with 2 bedrooms, one (25 m²) with 3 single beds, and the second (9 m²) with 1 single bed,
-> 1 shower room with toilet.
Outside: Natural garden. Tiled terrace with garden furniture. Private parking on the property.

End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €100 flat rate. Linens are not provided.
