The bright 40 m² living area offers a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, sink, toaster and kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, crockery and cutlery, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi access. A wood-burning stove is also provided for decorative purposes.
The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor: two bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds and one bedroom with a double bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to six people. It also includes two shower rooms and two toilets for added convenience. Parking is available.

The town center and shops are approximately 2 km away, and the bus and train stations are 45 km away.
