La Tranche-sur-Mer, a pleasant house for 4 people, ideally located 250m from the shops in the town center and approximately 200m from the main beach.
The house includes a living/dining room with a television, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a sink and shower, and a separate toilet. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2). Parking is available on the property, and there is a courtyard with a small garden at the rear of the house (steps may be dangerous for children). Terrace furniture is provided.
AMENITIES: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cleaning supplies, garden furniture, and a parasol.
Pets are not allowed. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Optional cleaning service is available upon reservation and subject to availability for €70. Bed linen and towels are not provided; this is an optional extra available upon reservation and subject to availability. Please provide proof of civil liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers accepted.
