Pleasant family home located in a quiet setting in La Grière, 350m from Sainte Anne beach.
This 1970s house, fully renovated in 2015, accommodates 7 people. It features a living area with a lounge, corner sofa, flat-screen TV, a dining area, and an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and garden. It also includes a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, small 6-place dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Four bedrooms, two shower rooms, two toilets, one of which is separate, an enclosed garden, and on-site parking.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a 140cm double bed, leading to a second bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Then there are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two bunk beds (1 140 cm and the other 90 cm), a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Pleasant enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, sun loungers, barbecue, and a garage for storing bicycles and other beach equipment.
Only 350m from the beach, 1.5km from the seasonal shops of La Grière, and 4km from the town center of La Tranche-sur-Mer.
This house has two Clévacances keys. Pets are not allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.
