Part of the land is on the dune with uneven areas: caution is advised for young children. The ground floor comprises a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room (shower, sink), and a toilet. A large open-plan living room/kitchen opens onto a wooden terrace, which can be slippery in wet weather, furnished with garden furniture. The first floor has two bedrooms: one with two 0.80m beds and the other with two 0.80m beds. There is also a shower room with a toilet. Amenities include: refrigerator-freezer, microwave, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, sofa, television, and washing machine. Easy parking for cars on the private grounds. Decorative wood-burning stove.

Location: Approximately 200 meters from the ocean beach and 3.5 kilometers from the city center.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Cleaning service available upon reservation for €100. Sheets and linens are not provided; this service is available for an additional fee upon reservation. Please provide proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season. One pet is welcome for €25.
