LA TRANCHE SUR MER, La Grière, holiday residence with swimming pool open from June to September, house with its own enclosed garden, close to the beach via the forest and dunes. 1 main room, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), bathroom with bathtub and sink, 1 separate toilet, 1 mezzanine with two single beds (0.90m, less than 1.80m high), 1 parking space.

Amenities: refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, television, ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, cutlery, crockery, garden furniture.
Location: approximately 1000m from the center of La Grière with grocery stores, 4000m from the town center of La Tranche, and 4000m from the shopping center. Market in La Tranche twice a week.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Cleaning option available upon reservation for 70 euros. Bed linen and towels are not provided; these are available as an optional extra upon reservation. Please provide proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.
