In La Tranche-sur-Mer, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the lighthouse district, this spacious 112m² house can accommodate up to 8 people. The ground floor comprises a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed (90cm), a third bedroom (single) with a double sofa bed (140cm) and a washbasin, and a shower room with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. A large 44m² living room with an open-plan, fully fitted and equipped kitchen opens onto the garden and its pleasant south-facing terrace. Upstairs, there is a fourth bedroom with a balcony and a queen-size bed (160cm), and a second bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet.

The property includes a fenced garden with parking for up to 3 cars.

The house is located on the edge of the dunes, 150m from the beach access and 1700m from the town center. AMENITIES: Television, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi, garden furniture. A fireplace is for decorative purposes only.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Cleaning service available upon reservation for €130. Bed linen and towels are not provided; this option is available upon reservation for an additional fee. Please provide proof of civil liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season.
