Ideal holiday home with a family car park, very well located 90m from the beach and 450m from the town centre. It includes a room for storing bicycles and beach equipment, a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchenette opening onto a terrace, and a bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with three single beds (90cm), one of which is a bunk bed. There is a small garden in front of the house and a terrace with garden furniture at the rear.

Amenities include: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner, four-burner gas hob, television, travel cot, high chair, and decorative wood-burning stove.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.

Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €60 flat rate, linens not provided.

Location: Approximately 100 meters from the sandy beach.
Proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season.
