Simple holiday home in a wooded, seaside setting (built in 1960/single-story) on a large, enclosed, natural, and wooded plot, located in a residential area of Le Phare. Approximately 200 meters from access to Plage des Coraux (access via Tranche 13) and approximately 1,000 meters from the town center of La Tranche-sur-Mer (15-minute walk). 2 km from the shopping center.

- One main room opening onto a wooden terrace, comprising a living area with sofa and flat-screen satellite TV,
- A small kitchenette (4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment),
- Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm) and two bunk beds. - 1 small bathroom (sink and shower) and 1 separate toilet, - 1 utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Free Wi-Fi access. 1 decorative wood-burning stove.

Outside: covered terrace, garden furniture and sun loungers, built-in barbecue. On-site parking (space for 2 vehicles).
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Cleaning service available upon reservation for €60. Bed linen and towels are not provided; this service is available for an additional fee upon reservation. Please provide proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.
