Ground floor: 1 dining room/living room, 1 kitchen opening onto a covered dining terrace with awning. 1 bathroom (shower, sink), 1 separate toilet.
Approximately 300 m from the sandy beach and 500 m from local shops. The center of La Tranche is approximately 3 km away.
Equipment: refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, television, vacuum cleaner, furniture, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, garden furniture. Holiday vouchers accepted.
