It comprises a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchenette, a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two with a double bed (140cm) and one with two bunk beds (80cm). Ceiling height is less than 1.80 meters. Outside, there is a large terrace with a covered section.

Amenities include: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, television, Wi-Fi, garden furniture, electric coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, etc. There are two parking spaces.

The house is located approximately 300 meters from the beach and 1.5 km from the town center with all shops.
