LA TRANCHE SUR MER, a detached single-story house with two gravelled courtyards (one at the front with flowerbeds and the other at the rear); 500 m from the nearest shops in the town center and 1,100 m from the Central Beach, in a residential area. Not far from the "Les Joncs" shopping center (Super U), approximately 1,200 m away.

- 1 main room comprising:
- 1 lounge area with corner sofa, flat-screen TV,
- 1 living area,
- 1 open-plan kitchen area (4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher) with a bar area, which opens onto a veranda (dining area with table, chairs, and trolley),
- 2 bedrooms, the first of which (on the entrance side) has a double bed. (140) and the 2nd (hallway side) with 2 single beds (80),
- 1 bathroom (sink and shower stall) and 1 separate toilet,
- 1 garage serving as a pantry with sink, washing machine, and mini-oven.
Outside: terrace and courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking on site.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Linens are not provided.
Electricity consumption is additional during the low season (from January 1 to June 15 and from September 15 to December 31).
Proof of liability insurance with the holiday clause is required. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.
Pets are not allowed.
