House for family holidays, a few minutes walk from the beach and shops. 1 courtyard for outdoor meals and 1 parking space. - On the ground floor (overlooking the courtyard): 1 kitchen, 1 dining room (with decorative fireplace only), 1 living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and 1 WC, - on the ground floor -street: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (including 1 directly overlooking the street and not suitable for young children), 1 bathroom, 1 WC and 1 garage. Several levels with steps.
Equipment: 1 cooker, induction hob, 1 microwave, 1 fridge with freezer section, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 kettle, 2 vacuum cleaners, 1 garden furniture and 1 barbecue, television, dishwasher and washing machine. crockery and cutlery.
