This charming house, in good general condition and semi-detached, offers a bright 18m² living room facing south and a private terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days. Spread over two levels, it accommodates up to 4 people: Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and an open mezzanine sleeping area with two single beds (90x200cm). The ground floor comprises a shower room, toilet, kitchenette, and a living room with a sofa bed.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals: fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, sink, as well as essential small appliances (kettle, electric coffee maker, etc.). You will also find a washing machine, television, vacuum cleaner, and all necessary crockery and utensils. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue complete the amenities for enjoying time outdoors.
