This property includes a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer) opening onto the living room (TV), a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine. On the mezzanine (please note: access to this is via a retractable staircase), there is a double bed and a sofa bed. One parking space is available in the private parking lot. End-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
