The accommodation includes, on the ground floor, entrance through the laundry room with washing machine and sink, a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed, bay windows opening onto the outdoor terrace; a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed and closet; and a third bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds and a baby bed; on the same level a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room / dining room opening onto the south-facing terrace and the garden; also a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, toilets; A master suite with a queen-size bed, closet, and a living room area with a 90-cm sofa. You'll also have access to a separate studio with a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a sleeping area with a 140-cm bed and a chest of drawers. The exterior features a north-east-facing balcony off the kitchen, a large balcony terrace extending from the living room and the master suite, and a wooden terrace extending from the small studio and the downstairs bedroom. Pets are not allowed in the house. End-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant, and Wi-Fi is included.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
