Amenities: refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, television, ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, cutlery, crockery... garden furniture.
Location: approximately 1,000 m from the center of La Grière with its grocery stores, 4,000 m from the town center of La Tranche, and 4,000 m from the shopping center. The market in La Tranche is open twice a week.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Optional cleaning upon reservation for €70. Sheets and linens are not provided; this option is subject to a fee upon reservation.
