13 km of fine sand beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it “Little California”.

Description of the accommodation

In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation swimming pool open from April to the end of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
This new apartment of 56 m2, on the ground floor, with sea view, can accommodate 4/6 people.
It consists of an entrance, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with flat screen TV, a bedroom with 1 160cm double bed and dressing room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 which can be brought together and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. You will also enjoy a beautiful 16m2 terrace with furniture and garden furniture, overlooking the garden of the residence, facing the swimming pool.
Also available free of charge, a private parking space allowing one vehicle per apartment. Please note, no visitor places available.
You also benefit from low-speed WiFi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week)
