Access to the Renussière gite: On the Nantes-Cholet RN249 expressway, take exit 8 Take the RD 753 towards Noirmoutier, La Séguinière, La Romagne. The cottage is located between La Séguinière and La Romagne. About 2 km after the exit of La Séguinière, in a descent, take the “turn left” in the direction of “la Bégaudière”. Cross the village, follow the winding road (important coast) for about 1 km Then take the first road on the left in the direction of “La Renussière”. The gîte is on the left as you arrive in the hamlet.

Description of the accommodation

Close to Vendée, Loire Atlantique and Cholet, come and stay in this restored seasonal rental in the heart of a quiet hamlet and close to a farm.

This 64 m² cottage benefits from a pleasant exterior with terrace and lawned area, all entirely enclosed by walls and not overlooked. Relax during your stay thanks to the garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue at your disposal. The enclosed space is ideal for families with young children.

On the ground floor: living room with lounge, convertible sofa and television, dining area and fully equipped semi-independent kitchen. WC also on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: the first with 1 140cm bed and the second with 1 140cm bed and 1 90cm bed. The small bathroom contains a shower, sink, storage space and WC.

Take advantage of your stay to visit the points of interest in the region: Maulévrier oriental park; largest Japanese garden in Europe, shoe museum and textile museum, house of miners and energies. For nature and getaways, hike or cycle along the Sèvre Nantaise or the many hiking trails.

25 minutes from the gîte, don't miss the medieval town of Clisson with its Italian-influenced architecture which notably hosts the famous Hellfest in June. You will also be located 25 minutes from Puy du Fou and 30 minutes from Boissière du Doré Zoo. A little further, stroll along the banks of the Loire or the Atlantic coast for the more motivated (1h30) and along the way, don't miss Nantes and its famous Machines de l'île.
