Discover the Vendée region during your stay at La Féneraie. Enjoy a variety of activities in La Roche-sur-Yon: indoor skydiving simulator at the airport (2.5 km), HUDLL indoor sports hall with padel tennis, pickleball, and five-a-side football (4.7 km), the Potager Extraordinaire (4.8 km), and of course, the city center and the Haras de la Vendée (7.5 km). For those venturing further afield, you can enjoy the water slides at O'Gliss Park (37 km), take a hike around the Mervent forest (46 km), explore the beaches of Les Sables-d'Olonne (48 km), and visit Puy du Fou (51 km). Located in the countryside, this house offers a ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility, comprising a living/dining/kitchen area, two bedrooms (one with two single beds, accessible for people with reduced mobility, and the other with a double bed), a shower room/WC (also accessible for people with reduced mobility), and a laundry room. The living room opens onto the heart of the property: a large, air-conditioned relaxation area with a 6-person spa, sauna, and foosball table, leading onto the terrace and also providing access to a second shower room and a separate WC. Upstairs (with a slightly sloping ceiling), you will find another lounge area, four bedrooms (one with two single beds and three with double beds), a shower room, and a separate WC. Outside, you will enjoy a 500m² garden with a terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, and sun loungers). Farms (livestock and crops) are located approximately 1 km from the accommodation.
