Located on the 2nd floor of the residence, this 23m² studio, equipped for 4 people, includes:

- 2 single beds in the living room with a television
- Bunk beds in a corner at the entrance.
- Kitchen equipped with a combined oven, dishwasher, 4 electric hobs, refrigerator, microwave, and an electric coffee maker.
- Bathroom with toilet

Northwest-facing balcony with a view of the mountains. Ski locker in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment/pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40).

The residence:
The Sextant residence is located 100 meters from the ski slopes. The resort center is about 300 meters away and can be accessed through a pedestrian path. Public parking areas are close to the residence, and ski lockers are in the entrance.

The area:
The quietest area in Les Coches, all residences are situated 100 meters from the ski slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
