Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am
4º. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6º.It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. Wi-Fi is optional and must be requested when you make the reservation, since there are specific terminals, so it will depend on its availability.
8th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
9th. The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
