This cottage is in the countryside, 15 km from Fougères, 10 km from Erné [hidden] 65km from Mont Saint Michel!
You benefit from a beautiful landscaped private garden with trees, a large terrace and a pétanque court on the edge of fields and hedges.
The cottage offers a large living room (60m²) with fireplace and fully equipped communicating kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one with its shower cabin, 1 bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 2 90*190 beds and 1 bedroom with 1 160*200 bed. 2 independent toilets.
Discover the vegetable garden cultivated in permaculture and the owners' collection of cacti and weeds. Geese and chickens frolic in their enclosures. 1 km away, also visit the “Remarkable Garden” at La Pellerine (May to September). Also the Renaudies garden (18km) at Colombiers du Plessis.
