Located 1 km from a small village, ideally situated between the Loire Valley and the Morvan region, you can easily explore our area. This renovated, detached, old house sits on 1000 m² of enclosed, wooded grounds. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a lounge, a separate WC, a shower room, and one bedroom (one double bed 140x190 cm). Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm), and another with a double bed (140x190 cm). There is also a children's reading area and a bathroom (with a bathtub) and WC. A cot and a high chair are provided. A maximum of two pets are allowed (excluding breeds classified as dangerous, such as category 1 and 2).
500 meters away, a charming little communal fishing pond, bordered by a wood, and 1.5 km away, a 17-hectare lake offering all the joys of water sports (supervised swimming in summer) and fishing. Landscapes of forests, meadows, and rivers. Hiking trails.
