20 minutes from Saumur, "Le Verdelay" this gîte in La Ménitré is located in the immediate vicinity of the typical villages on the banks of the Loire (Le Thoureil, Gennes, etc.). By car, by boat, on foot, by bike, or in a hot air balloon flight: whatever route you take, you will succumb to the charm of the Loire landscapes in a UNESCO world heritage site. Famous for its troglodytes and its wines, the Saumur region will delight heritage lovers.

Laid out on 2 levels, the gîte opens onto a delightful living room with old-world charm: tiled floor tiles, exposed beams, bread oven, tufa stones... for an immersion in the past! On the ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, etc.), lounge area with television, separate WC.
