This former barn has been completely renovated by an architect and is divided into two independent gîtes, each connected by a soundproof double door. Secure private parking is available on the property.
South-facing wooden terrace overlooking a 330 m² enclosed garden shared by both gîtes. A shared laundry room is located in an outbuilding with a washing machine and dryer.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (queen-size bed + 90 x 200 cm bed) and 1 shower room/toilet.
