Located in the Résidence Les Chouannes, 300 meters from the beach and 800 meters from shops, this complex of small houses each has its own private garden. The studio includes an entrance with a closet, a bathroom with a vanity unit, toilet, and shower, a living area with a sofa bed for two and a television, a kitchenette with two electric hobs, a small refrigerator, and a microwave, a veranda, a courtyard with garden furniture, and a private parking space. (Pets under 5 kg only) - Quiet residence, near the forest and the beach - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided; they can be rented from our partner, please contact us. Heating from October 1st to May 31st is charged extra based on meter readings. Wi-Fi rental available with a 5G box: €40/week.
