Charming house located 600 meters from the beach and 550 meters from the town center, comprising a living room with television and Wi-Fi access, a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, an electric oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, a utility room with a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, and a microwave, a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and toilet, a second toilet, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe, a garden with a terrace and pergola, garden furniture, an outdoor shower, a 5m x 10m unheated saltwater swimming pool with a dome, a charcoal barbecue, and a pétanque court. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided; they can be rented from our partner; please contact us. Heating from October 1st to May 31st is charged extra based on meter readings. Wi-Fi rental available with a 5G box: €40/week.
