Description of the accommodation

In the center of the village, in the heart of the Parc de Brière and 25 km from Guérande, large character gîte, completely renovated, adjoining the owners' house. Charming wooded and enclosed priest's garden of 210 m² (shared).
Ground floor: spacious living room/living room with open kitchen, separate WC.
Floor: large bedroom (60 m²) separated into 2 parts by a library (1 140x190 bed + 2 120x190 beds), lounge area on the landing with sofa bed (140x190), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: freezer, DVD player, radio/CD, iPod station, Wifi, complete baby equipment, tumble dryer (shared with owners).
Included: electricity, sheets (beds made), bathroom/house linen, tourist tax.
Not included: gas heating (13€/night), wood. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (€100).
