Gîte located in the village, in the heart of the Parc de Brière, 25 km from La Baule and Guérande (near the owners' house). Enclosed garden of 170 m² with south facing terrace.
Ground floor: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen and shower room/wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 160x200 bed and 1 90x190 bed, 2: 1 160x200 bed and 1 90x190 bed), bathroom and separate WC.
Additional equipment: freezer, DVD player, stereo, Wifi access, cot on request.
