from the beach. The apartment has a living room with a modern open kitchen and
sliding doors to the south-facing terrace. There is free internet and a TV with
English and other international channels. There is a dining table and a
comfortable corner sofa on the terrace. The terrace overlooks the garden and
swimming pool.

The apartment is located in the Prados del Golf complex, just 1 kilometre (15
minute walk) from the beautiful sandy beach of La Cala de Mijas. La Cala is a
cosy former fishing village with many restaurants, bars, shops, several
supermarkets (Carrefour and bakery at 500 meters) and a weekly market. La Noria
Golf Course is 450 metres from the apartment. Prados del Golf has a beautiful
communal garden with lawn and trees and a communal swimming pool. The peace and
comfort and proximity to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and shops make
this an excellent apartment for your holiday in Spain with family or friends.

master bedroom has a 160 X 200 double bed and a sliding door to the terrace.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 200. A cot and high chair are
available on request.

Two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath with shower in the tub, a sink and
a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, a bathroom unit with washbasin and
a toilet.

Terrace
The terrace is partly covered and oriented to the south. On the terrace you
can relax on the lounge sofa or enjoy a nice breakfast at the terrace table
with 4 chairs. From the terrace you have views of the communal garden with
swimming pool and the surrounding area.

Pool
Prados del Golf has a communal swimming pool with children's pool.

Outside peak season it is possible that the pool is closed due to weather,
low demand, drought or maintanance.

Parking
You have your own privé parking space in the underground car park with a lift
to the flat.

Car
