Loosely inspired by the Hôtel-Dieu de Beaune, this amazing gîte with spa was entirely built by Arnaud, a carpenter by trade, and Hélène. They will welcome you in luxury accommodation with refined decoration and impressive exposed beams. Nature invites itself everywhere in the heart of the 700m² of an enclosed and wooded garden, as well as inside with large openings that offer a view of the Ouche Valley. Parking is easy within the property, private and secure.

Two beautiful bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with two 90x200 cm twin beds, are complemented by an additional sleeping area on the mezzanine for two people, accessed by a ladder.
A large living/dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen opens onto a shaded terrace. A pontoon leads to the sheltered outdoor spa. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower with a double column (2 showers) and a double sink. There is a separate toilet.
Your stay is all-inclusive: beds made upon arrival, linens, towels, bathrobes, and end-of-stay cleaning.

The cottage is equipped (outside) with a Minut decibel detector, which reminds everyone to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding nature.
