Beautiful, comfortable chalet in the mountains, 2 kilometers from the ski slopes (La Bresse/Hohneck resort). Pleasant tourist location. Private road serving two chalets. Shared grounds (3700 m²) bordered by a river. Groceries and doctor 7 km away.
Rented by the week only during school holidays. Possibility of combining two gîtes (one for 11 people and one for 4 people: Les Chamois, located next to Le Régit). Detached mountain chalet.
Entrance with storage.
Garden level, ground floor, and first floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 7 single beds, 1 cot).
Open-plan fitted kitchen/living room with adjoining lounge. Relaxation room.
Bathroom, shower room. 2 WCs.

2 covered terraces, garden. Secure and private bike/ski storage.
Utilities and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Wi-Fi.

Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the chalet and 2 to 3 cars at the start of the private driveway. In case of snow, parking is available 80 meters from the chalet.

A Christmas tree is decorated for the holidays.
